AMYFARM is an olive oil producer on the island of Shodoshima in Kagawa Prefecture, Japan. They grow olives using low-pesticide and herbicide-free methods, pressing the fruit within 24 hours of harvest to capture the purest flavour. Their philosophy centres on creating exceptional aroma and aftertaste, believing that true character comes from the oil mill and reflects the unique terroir of Shodoshima. The range includes their signature Toki no Shizuku Manimani blend alongside flavoured oils like lemon and lime, and garlic pepperoncino varieties.
