Al Torcio

Al Torcio is a family-run olive oil producer in Novigrad, Istria, Croatia, where the Beletić family-Đurdica and sons Karmino and Kristijan-carry on Tranquilino Beletić's vision with modernised production since 2005. They tend four groves spanning 4.78 hectares with 1,854 trees near the sea, hand-picking olives and milling them the same day to create premium extra virgin oils from varieties like Frantoio, Leccino, Rosulja, and Bianchera, alongside a blend. Using cutting-edge technology, they achieve low free fatty acids (0.09-0.16%) and high polyphenols for exceptional quality. Their from-field-to-table philosophy has won them gold medals at top competitions like the New York International Olive Oil Competition.
