Agronio Herb Farm Olive Grove

AGRONIO Herb Farm Olive Grove is a family owned and operated organic farm located in Heathcote, at the foothills of Graytown National Park. The farm is situated at Stoddart Road, Ladys Pass (near Heathcote), Victoria 3523, and is run by Yiannis Karteras (0404 866 119).

They produce organic olive oil, olives, oregano, thyme, and other herbs. Farming practices exclude chemicals, preservatives, fertilisers, and pesticides, ensuring their produce remains organic. Olives are harvested and processed without synthetic inputs.

The farm has achieved consistent recognition at the Australian International Olive Awards, winning GOLD medals in 2025, 2024, 2022, and 2021. Their 2025 harvest recorded biophenols of 608 mg/kg (250 ppm is considered good quality) and acidity of 0.18% (0.8% is considered excellent), which the farm describes as producing "medicinal grade" olive oil.

Products available include extra virgin olive oil (currently sold out from the 2025 harvest, with the 2026 harvest expected in October), Kalamata olives in various sizes, and wild Greek oregano. The farm offers direct-to-consumer sales via their online shop with $30 flat rate delivery within 30km of Melbourne CBD.
