515 is a family-owned olive grove established in 2000 on a 46-acre farm located between Cape Schanck and Main Ridge on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula. The farm grows 1,600 olive trees producing Frantoio, Leccino, Picholine Tuscan and Koroneiki Greek varieties on well-drained sandy soil known for producing award-winning olive oils and wines. Their premium extra virgin olive oil is hand-picked, never treated with chemicals or pesticides, and bottled in small batches, with their recent production winning silver at the 2023 Australian International Olive Awards. The farm also houses alpacas, sheep, chickens and bees amongst the olive groves, and offers both Tuscan and Greek variety extra virgin olive oils as well as honey for purchase online.
