3drops

3drops is a premium producer of wine and olive oil based in Mount Barker, Western Australia, originating from a family farm situated southwest of Mount Barker in the heart of the acclaimed Great Southern wine region. The name "3drops" reflects the three precious liquids central to their operation: wine, olive oil and water, with both the vineyard and olive grove carefully irrigated from a large wetland on the property.

The company manages 15 hectares of vineyards planted with varieties including Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Shiraz. Italian, Greek and Spanish varieties of olive trees thrive alongside the vines. The operation is overseen by viticulturist Ray Williams and winemaker Rob Diletti, who manage vineyard management and wine production respectively. The 1982-planted Patterson vineyard was acquired in 2007.

3drops has received notable industry recognition, including a 5-star rating in the 2025 Australian Wine Companion, awarded to outstanding wineries regularly producing wines of exemplary quality. The producer has also been featured in The Real Review Top Wineries of Australia 2024 and was named Ray Jordan's "Small Producer of the Year" in his 2025 WA Wine Review.
