It was originally founded to showcase the premium olive oils of the MAXOULI-POLYMEMAKOS estate. Their olive oils are carefully crafted using both early- and late-harvest olives, with cold extraction kept below 27°C to preserve natural qualities. The brand is dedicated to celebrating the region's rich heritage and high standards through its diverse range of local delicacies and artisanal goods.
