Červar Žižolera is a monovarietal extra virgin olive oil with a golden-yellow colour and golden reflections, offering mild bitterness and medium intense piquancy. Its aroma is characterised by notes of radicchio and chicory, with a scent of mown grass in dry years. This oil excels as an accompaniment to ripe cheese, foie gras, dried meat spreads, and vegetable pasta.
