Červar San Servolo is a blend of extra virgin olive oils from Buža, Rosignola, Leccino, Pendolino and Picholine varieties, grown on the family olive groves of San Servolo near Novigrad in Istria. It boasts a light green colour, pleasant piquancy and bitterness, with an intense aroma of olive, almond and herbs. This versatile oil pairs excellently with fish or cheese and suits everyday culinary use.
