Yamada Olive Garden Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This organic extra virgin olive oil comes from Picual olives grown on Shodoshima Island in Kagawa Prefecture, harvested on 30 October and cold-pressed the same day at the producer's own facility. The deep green oil is rich in polyphenols, with a balance of sweetness and gentle pungency characteristic of the Picual variety, widely cultivated in Spain's Andalusia region. The fruit was picked green by hand from four-year-old trees and filtered using a natural gravity method with filter paper.
