Yamada Olive Garden Mission Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This organic extra virgin olive oil is made from Mission olives grown on Shodoshima Island in Kagawa Prefecture, harvested by hand late-October early-November at green ripeness. Cold-pressed below 26°C at the estate's own mill, the emerald-green oil carries a fresh grassy aroma with a hint of sweetness on the palate followed by a pronounced peppery bite. It works well drizzled over bread, salads, carpaccio or simple cooked dishes.
