Yamada Olive Garden Leccino Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This organic extra virgin olive oil is made from Leccino olives grown on Shodoshima Island in Kagawa Prefecture, harvested by hand on 14 October 2025 at green ripeness and cold-pressed the following day at below 26°C. The oil is a deep green colour with a clean, almond-like aroma, a hint of sweetness and a mild peppery finish. Its delicate flavour suits bread, tofu and white fish.
