Kaori 5 Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Price per litre

Kaori 5 is a Japanese organic extra virgin olive oil from Shodoshima Island in Kagawa Prefecture, made from the Kaori No.5 variety developed by the Shodoshima Olive Research Institute. The 2025 autumn harvest was pressed cold at 26°C or below on 6 November, yielding a deep green oil with a fresh grassy aroma, notable bitterness and pungency, and a gentle peppery finish. With polyphenol levels said to be higher than Mission and Lucca varieties, it works well as an accent on fried or steamed dishes.
