Yamada Olive Garden Hojiblanca Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Yamada Olive Garden Hojiblanca Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Price per litre

This organic extra virgin olive oil is made from Hojiblanca olives grown on Shodoshima Island in Kagawa Prefecture, harvested by hand on 30 October 2025 and cold-pressed the following day at below 26°C. The deep green oil carries a fresh grassy aroma with mild bitterness and a gentle peppery note that works well as an accent on fried or baked dishes. Produced from green, organically grown fruit with no irrigation, it is filtered by natural sedimentation and bottled at the Yamada Olive Garden's own organic-certified facility.
