Yamada Olive Garden Coratina Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This organic extra virgin olive oil is made from Coratina olives, a delicate Italian variety that is difficult to grow in Japan's climate, harvested green by hand on 14 October 2025 at Yamada Olive Garden's own organic orchards on Shodoshima Island, Kagawa Prefecture. Cold-pressed the following day at below 26°C and filtered by natural gravity, the deep green oil offers a fruity sweetness with mild spice reminiscent of the Lucques variety, a fresh delicate aroma and a clean, gentle flavour that works well drizzled over bread, tofu or white fish.
