Yagi Nouen Shodoshima 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Mission)

Grown on Shodoshima island in Kagawa Prefecture - this is a single estate Mission olive oil and it's hand harvested and pressed at Yagi Farm's own facility. It offers a fresh aroma of green grass and green apple with softer bitterness and pungency than most early harvest oils, developing a rounded richness that better suits Japanese cuisine. The producer recommends it with grilled fish, simmered dishes or paired with soy sauce.
