This extra virgin olive oil is made from early-harvested Nevadillo (Albequina) olives grown on Shodoshima Island in Kagawa Prefecture, and is produced entirely on the Yagi family farm. The oil has a distinctive ripe banana aroma with a fruity, floral character, mild bitterness and a touch of sweetness that recalls various green fruits. Its gentle, rounded profile suits delicate dishes such as white fish and potato salad.
