Wollundry Grove Delicate

Wollundry Grove Delicate Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a blend of Italian olive varieties harvested from both ripe and greener fruit. It features a mild peppery finish, with aromas of fresh green cut grass, leafy greens, and tomato, and a smooth transfer of flavours including salad greens and tomato vine.

This oil received a Silver Award at the 2024 Australian International Olive Awards. Judges noted an inviting balance of fresh green cut grass, leafy greens, and tomato, with a smooth transfer of flavours of salad greens and tomato vine, and a late building warmth.

The oil is described as having a balance of vegetal bitterness and spiciness, with a distinct herbaceous flavour and a lingering freshness. It is suitable for use in salads, as a subtle additive to fish and other dishes, and can also be used in cakes or spread on toast as an alternative to margarine or butter.

Unfortunately, there was no delicate oil available in 2026.
