Wild Harvest Green Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Wild Harvest's Green label represents their first harvest of the season - when the olives are still green. This early harvest oil is characterised by fresh green mesclun lettuce aromas with floral notes and some astringency.The oil delivers a long flavour finish with white pepper notes.

As a first harvest oil, it is positioned as a source of polyphenols, the antioxidant compounds typically found in higher concentrations in early harvest olive oils. Fruit is hand harvested with the help of battery-powered rakes.
