Wild Harvest Gold is the final release of the season's journey - late-harvest wild olive trees grown on private property in Willunga. The Gold Label reflects the golden hue of oil pressed from older, fully ripened fruit.

Wild Harvest Gold is a sweet, mild oil with delicate hints of mixed berries, making it suited for those preferring gentler/milder flavours. Harvesting wild olives not only creates a unique, limited-edition oil, but also helps prevent the spread of these trees, which are considered a weed in Australia.

The small batch oil is produced by Phil with over 25 years of experience, using battery-driven rakes to carefully gather olives from select wild groves. The fruit is pressed in collaboration with Diana Olive Oil in Willunga, ensuring a quality product at the end of the process.
