Wild Harvest Burgundy Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Wild Harvest Burgundy Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from early-picked Manzanillo olives, grown biodynamically on the Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia. This is the producer's second harvest, with purple olives pressed quickly after picking and left unfiltered to preserve their vibrant, natural character.

The 2025 Burgundy release opens with fragrant aromas of fresh-cut grass and wild spring flowers. It's described as having lively notes of roquette and radicchio, balanced by a pleasant, lingering pungency.

Ideal for drizzling over salads, finishing grilled vegetables, or pairing with crusty bread to appreciate its full spectrum of flavours.
