Wild Harvest Black is a truly unique expression of the Fleurieu Peninsula - made from wild olives once the fruit turns black. Sourced from select olive trees growing on private properties in the Willunga Basin and McLaren Vale, this oil represents Wild Harvest's third harvest of the season.

Each year, the varieties in this label changes, reflecting what the wild groves have to offer. The olives are harvested using battery-driven rakes and pressed in collaboration with Diana Olive Oil in Willunga. It's a hands-on, small-batch approach from end to end.

Harvesting wild olives not only produces a distinctive, limited-edition oil, but also helps control the spread of these trees, which are considered a pest in the region. By turning nature's abundance into a premium product, Wild Harvest Black supports sustainability and the unique flavours of South Australia's wild terroir.
