Taggiasca monovarietal extra virgin olive oil from Northern California. The Taggiasca cultivar, native to Liguria, Italy, is grown in the foothills of Placer County and cold-pressed following harvest.

The oil presents fruity characteristics with a peppery finish. Harvested in California by Wild Groves, a family-owned producer.
