Grown from the Italian Coratina variety in the family's Newcastle groves of Northern California, this oil is harvested by hand in November producing an extremely limited run of only 23 cases. It delivers a pronounced, robust profile with green olive, cinnamon and some red apple notes, finishing with green almond and a very peppery punch, backed by the 2025 harvest's polyphenol count of 999 mg/kg (of its yet unseen lab results) and COOC certification.
