Wattle Hill Olive Grove Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a cold‑pressed, single‑estate oil from the Le Cure cultivar grown in North West Tasmania. It offers a bold, herbaceous palate with intense artichoke notes and a lingering peppery finish, underpinned by a high polyphenol content (≈40 % more than typical EVOO). The oil has earned Gold at the 2025 Royal Hobart Fine Food Awards and Bronze at the 2025 Hunter Valley Olive Awards. Ideal for drizzling over salads, grilled vegetables or pasta to add a fresh, peppery character.
