This extra virgin olive oil comes from a single grove of 1,700 Correggiolo trees beside the Murrumbidgee River in the Riverina region near Wagga Wagga. The olives are picked and milled on the same day so freshness is preserved, producing an oil with medium to robust pepperiness, complex green tomato and grassy fruit notes and a herbaceous aroma.
