Barnea Monovarietal

Previously labelled Terra Sancta, this Barnea is made in small annual batches from New Zealand olives, primarily grown in Hawke's Bay and Wairarapa. The olives are cold-pressed within hours of harvest. The oil has notes of green olive and melted butter with a hint of grassiness, and can be used with sauces, pasta, seafood, salads, fish, or chicken.
