Villa Eva Limited Edition Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Villa Eva Limited Edition organic extra virgin olive oil is produced from the Pendolino olive variety in Goriška Brda, Gonjače. The terroir features opoka soil with layers of marl, sandstone, and limestone. Olives are hand-harvested at the end of October 2023 and cold-extracted below 22°C in two phases. This oil has a golden yellow colour, fruity and green aromas with notes of fresh tomatoes and almond, and a mild, balanced taste that is sweet, fruity, bitter, and discreetly spicy.
