Villa Eva Cuvée Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a blend of native organic olives from the estate's groves in Goriška Brda, Kozana/Gonjače. Produced on opoka terroir of marl, sandstone and limestone layers, it is hand-harvested at the end of October 2023 and cold-extracted below 22°C in two phases, yielding 1 litre per 12 kg olives. Golden yellow in colour, it offers aromas of intense sweet almond and dried grass, with flavours of herbs, fresh grass and apples. The taste is mild and balanced, with mild to strong bitterness, intense sharpness and moderate spiciness.
