Veralda Bianchera-Bjelica Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Veralda Bianchera-Bjelica extra virgin olive oil is a varietal produced from Bianchera and Bjelica olives. Harvested in 2024, it displays a golden yellow colour with intense warm green notes and is clear.

The aroma is complex and abundant, vegetal, with pronounced notes of artichoke and freshly mown grass, finishing with rosemary.

The taste is fine and strong, with vegetal notes of wild herbs, chicory, artichoke and green almond, accompanied by pronounced bitterness and spiciness.
