With a low acidity of 0.3% and cold mechanical extraction, this oil delivers a refined flavour profile with fresh, fruity notes. Ideally suited for cold dishes and salads, it brings out the best in Mediterranean cuisine. Presented in a box of 12x500ml bottles with tamper-evident seals.
