The Val Escudeiro Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a premium Portuguese oil cold-pressed from Galega and Cobrançosa olives harvested by hand in the Ribatejo/Alto Alentejo region. With a low acidity of 0.3% and cold mechanical extraction, this oil delivers a refined flavour profile with fresh, fruity notes.
