UC Davis Olio Nuovo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Olio Nuovo (New Oil) is bottled directly after milling and was made available to the public this fall for early season enjoyment. Fresh, bright, and bold, enjoy this oil within a few months after harvest. This UC Davis Special Edition Extra Virgin Olive Oil is grown, harvested, milled, bottled, and designed 100% by UC Davis Olive Center students in our olive management apprenticeship program at our Wolfskill research orchard under the direction and guidance of the UC Davis Olive Center Staff and collaborators. The 2022 Olio Nuovo is limited to the stock on hand once it has sold out there will be no more until next year's harvest.
