OLIO NUOVO Certified Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is milled on the day of harvest and immediately bottled. It is unfiltered, with polyphenol content contributing to its bright flavour and green colour. Certified organic, it is available for the first few months of the harvest season and should be consumed within four months of bottling.
