Toyo Olive's hand-picked extra virgin olive oil comes from Shodoshima island in Kagawa Prefecture, Japan. The olives are harvested by hand and pressed fresh, producing an oil with a green, grassy aroma that the producer describes as reminiscent of young shoots.
