Toyo Olive Shodoshima Extra Virgin Olive Oil Early Harvest

This early-harvest extra virgin olive oil is made from green olives grown on Shodoshima in Kagawa Prefecture, Japan. Toyo Olive lists Nevadillo Blanco, Manzanillo, Mission and Lucca as the principal varieties. The fruit is picked by hand and milled promptly at the company's own factory, producing an oil with a young-grass aroma and a clean, moderately peppery finish.
