Kouskoulas is a single-source extra virgin olive oil from Messinia in the Peloponnese, made exclusively from the Koroneiki variety. First cold-pressed with a maximum acidity of 0.4%, it offers mild bitterness, medium pungency and a peppery finish. Naturally rich in antioxidants, it works well both raw on salads and seafood, and for cooking and baking.
