Typically harvested in November, this single-varietal extra virgin olive oil is pressed solely from Chiquitita olives (sourcing olives from US groves while the estate trees recover from the extreme frost event). Cold pressed at ambient temperatures immediately after picking, it records strong chemistry.
Medium intensity makes it suitable for dressings, marinades, baking, sautΓ©ing and final drizzling.
