Terre Paisible Modérée

This Modérée Huile d'Olive features notes of green olive, artichoke, almonds, and herbs, with a mild peppery finish - named so for its moderate flavour. Harvested in the Franschhoek Valley and cold-pressed within 6 hours of harvest. It was awarded at the 2023 SA Olive Awards, London LOOC Competition, and Cape Town Olive Competition. Pairs well with grilled meats, fish, and roasted vegetables.
