Cold-pressed within 6 hours of harvest. This Modéré Extra Virgin Olive Oil features notes of green olive, artichoke, almonds, and herbs, with a mild peppery finish. Harvested in the Franschhoek Valley, it was awarded at the 2023 SA Olive Awards, London LOOC Competition, and Cape Town Olive Competition. Pairs well with grilled meats, fish, and roasted vegetables.
