Terra Centuria HEALTH + Exceptionally High Polyphenol Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a polyphenol content of 1849 mg/litre, measured by the World Olive Center for Health on 4th November 2024. This oil, harvested and processed in September 2025, shows a green colour and a sensory profile with spiciness, bitterness, and fruitiness.

A daily intake of 20g (1.5 tablespoons) contributes to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress, per relevant health claims. It may be consumed as one tablespoon in the morning on an empty stomach.
