Temecula Valley Blend is a limited seasonal winter harvest extra virgin olive oil made from olives sourced from estates throughout the Temecula Valley. It is a full-bodied oil with rich fruity flavours, a herbal aroma, and a slightly peppery finish associated with its reported phenolic content.

This blend is a versatile everyday EVOO for marinating meat, roasting vegetables, dressing salads, and bread dipping. Each seasonal release reflects the different expressions captured across the harvest.
