Terroir: Grown on the Terra Rossa soils of the southern Mornington Peninsula, the estate benefits from cool maritime breezes and free-draining slopes, imparting a distinctive minerality.

The palate reveals a harmonious balance of tomato leaf, juicy spinach, freshly cracked black pepper and mint, underpinned by light, mouth-coating texture.
