Taralinga Estate's Robusto is a single-varietal extra virgin olive oil pressed from 100% Picual olives harvested at peak maturity in March 2024 on the family-run Mornington Peninsula estate. Cold-pressed within hours of harvest to preserve freshness.

Terroir: Grown on the Terra Rossa soils of the southern Mornington Peninsula, the estate benefits from cool maritime breezes and free-draining slopes, imparting a distinctive minerality.

Tasting Notes: On the nose, vibrant aromas of ripe tomato, tropical fruits, fresh-cut grass, and savory herbs unfold. The palate reveals a harmonious balance of tomato leaf, juicy spinach, freshly cracked black pepper and mint, underpinned by light, mouth-coating texture. Medium bitterness and peppery heat lead to a lingering green finish.
