Taralinga Estate's Fruttato Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Price per litre

Taralinga Estate's Fruttato blend combines Picual, Frantoio, Koroneiki, and Hojiblanca olives. This oil won Gold at both the 2023 Australian International Olive Awards (Class 2, score 86) and the 2023 Golden Olive Awards. It features intense aromas of parsley, tomato vine, bitter salad leaves, tropical fruits, and sorrel, with a creamy mouthfeel and complex fruit characters that build on the palate. Notes of chilli persistence add warmth and balance. This oil is rich in health-promoting polyphenols and pairs well as a salad dressing, drizzled over fish, or as a versatile cooking oil.
