Harvested in 2024 from certified organic Picual olives grown in Paso Robles, California - over at Spanish Oaks Ranch. This single varietal oil presents green aromas of tomato leaf, fresh-cut grass, and tropical fruit.

The palate delivers bold flavors of arugula, herbs, and tomato leaf, balanced by notes of ripe tropical fruit. A gentle heat develops, leading to a long finish. Smooth and well-balanced profile characteristic of the Picual variety.

Small batch production on the California Central Coast.
