Stillbones Extra Virgin Olive Oil is crafted from Frantoio, Leccino, and Pendolino olives grown on Waiheke Island, New Zealand. The olives are hand-harvested in a unique maritime microclimate with ancient soil structures. Cold-pressed within hours of harvest, the oil retains its freshness. It features floral aromatics, grassy notes, and a peppery finish, with low free fatty acids and rich polyphenols. Suitable for roasting, drizzling, or dipping, this versatile oil has a smoke point of 410°F.
