Olive Oil d'Soumah is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil sourced from a single grove in the Murrindindi region of Victoria. It is cold-pressed from 100% locally grown olives and bottled without additives. The oil exhibits highly aromatic verdant notes, with a citrus-tinged palate and a peppery finish.

It is suitable for culinary applications such as pasta dishes, fresh tomato bruschetta, or minestrone. The product is salt-free, carbohydrate-free, and cholesterol-free.
