Sorai Olive Farm Mission

Made from Mission olives grown on Shodoshima island in Kagawa Prefecture, this oil is harvested in autumn 2025 and displays a refreshing green colour. It opens with a surprising grassy aroma followed by notes of young apple and tomato, while the throat passage delivers a spicy punch reminiscent of artichoke bitterness. The oil pairs well with spaghetti, fish, meat and vegetable salads or marinades.
