Made from Mission green olives grown on Shodoshima island in Kagawa Prefecture, Japan, this oil is harvested in autumn 2025 and has a particularly dark green colour. The flavour profile features green artichoke, chicory and wild chicory bitterness with a strong pungent finish. It pairs well with strongly flavoured vegetables, charcoal-grilled fish or meat, lamb and game.
