Sorai Olive Farm Lucca
Made from Lucca olives harvested in autumn 2025 on Shodoshima island in Kagawa Prefecture, this oil has a pale green hue and a floral aroma with subtle notes of vanilla, peach and banana. A moderate peppery finish follows the initial taste, complementing tofu, yuba and other delicate Japanese dishes, as well as dressings and mayonnaise.
