Sorai Olive Farm Koroneiki

Made from Koroneiki olives grown on Shodoshima in Kagawa Prefecture, this oil has a light green colour and a buttery smoothness with a warm mouthfeel. It offers fruity notes with a grassy aroma and subtle apple flavour, alongside extremely mild pungency. The autumn 2025 harvest works well with bread, salad, pickles and white fish sashimi.
